Description:

The GBA RoboCop was announced alongside the Game Boy Color one, with Titus set to publish both. While the GBC game uses a top-down perspective, the GBA one is a sidescroller that plays somewhat similarly to the original arcade game and its home ports.

While the GBC iteration was released in 2001 (albeit only in Europe), the GBA version ended up being cancelled. A prototype build from 2002 was released by Hidden Palace in January 2022.

The game has some rough edges at this point, but can be played from start to finish and seems to be late in development. Given Titus’ track record, it’s also surprisingly decent.
